FutureMe ("we", "our", "us") operates the FutureMe mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

• Photos you provide: Selfie images you upload are sent to our server to generate your AI vision. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after generation is complete.
• Vision text: The text you write describing your vision is sent to our server to generate a scene description. This text is not stored after processing.
• Device information: We may collect anonymous device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
• Purchase data: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment details.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI vision images based on your input
• To manage your subscription status
• To improve the app experience

Data Storage & Retention

Your vision images and text are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a user database or store your photos on our servers. AI generation is performed via third-party APIs (fal.ai) and images are returned directly to your device.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• fal.ai — AI image generation (processes your photo temporarily)
• DeepSeek — Scene description generation (processes your vision text temporarily)
• RevenueCat — Subscription management
• Cloudflare — API hosting

Children's Privacy

FutureMe is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Since we don't store your data on our servers, there is no personal data to request, modify, or delete. All your visions are stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time from the app's settings.
