Use of the App

FutureMe is an AI-powered vision board app that generates images based on your text and photo input. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

AI-Generated Content

• Images generated by FutureMe are created using artificial intelligence and may not be perfectly accurate representations.
• You retain ownership of the vision text and photos you provide.
• You are granted a license to use, share, and save AI-generated images for personal use.
• You agree not to use generated images for deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to generate inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
• Upload photos of others without their consent

Subscriptions

• FutureMe offers free limited access (3 visions) and premium subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings.

FutureMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated images will meet your expectations. The app is for entertainment and personal development purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
